Subway in Soltau

Very tasty food and, above all, really friendly staff. You feel very comfortable there and talk to each other as if you somehow already know each other, which I find very refreshing. Everything is clean and tidy, work is done quickly and customer requests are well received. Top! :)

I ate here 12 days ago. I can't talk about the speed because a new employee has been trained. Prices are normal for subway standards. Unfortunately I have to criticize the bread. It tasted really old. In addition, a lot of sauce was saved, which unfortunately made the sub much too dry. There is no question that you have to adhere to specifications, but if you only want a salad page thing and then pack very little on it because you adhere to the guidelines exactly without having the flexibility to do a little more on the one thing in terms of relations, then you still have to work on customer orientation. The output also looks very poor with the bread. Loaves were probably there, but only a few Italy were eye-catching. At first glance it also looked a bit messy with the salad boxes in the bread cupboard, half-open boxes at the cash register, cookies simply thrown in the display and no longer available, and the salad bar in an unpleasant order. I have to complain about the toilets. Yes, we have COVID, but going to the toilet is still a basic need, you could wash your hands sensibly before driving on. The friendliness is also still very expandable!

Tasty, but expensive

You always say "system catering is the same as system catering" and to be honest, I have already been to a few subways. But the staff here are courteous and funny, so visiting and "picking up" the sandwiches is still a bit cooler than usual.

As always, the sub was delicious. The employees had their mouthguards under their mouths that they didn't help. When we wanted to eat on the spot, we should fill out a sheet that was completely blank. It didn't care if we filled it out or not.

Two young, unmotivated employees were waiting for us there today, both of whom wore their mouth and nose guards UNDER their mouths (so neither mouth nor nose was covered). There was no glove to switch between normal and gluten-free bread and one of the employees repeatedly dropped meat from the budget into the ingredient boxes, which he simply took out and put back on the bread. We then ate outside, whereupon we were handed a blank piece of paper with no specifications in our hand with the words "you have to register". We weren't told what exactly they wanted for data.

Some employees in here are rather unfriendly, there is no need to express your sad of luck in life, working in Subway, through discontent to customers. Sad people.

Subway as you know it and like it. Everything was very clean and dynamic staff. Everything fresh and no reason for complaints. We are here more often and have not been disappointed so far. Clear recommendation!

I always had great service here! But today on March 10th, 2020 at 12:20 p.m. the staff was so incredibly rude. Questions were laughed at, people rolled their eyes and threw the cups on the food ?! I would like the number from the manager because it is not like that at all !!! I'm completely shocked because I'm not used to this ?! I would advise against a shop with such disrespectful dealings!

Modern subway branch in the center of Soltau. I have not seen this on Subway yet. There are also places to sit outside. The subs are the usual quality and taste good. The two operations were unfortunately not the fastest. It took a while until they were ready. The male employee was not very friendly and taciturn. Does not sound that way when working with people!

Beautifully designed Subway with great benches to sit outside. Very tasty subs! The young ladies behind the counter are eager and have been especially friendly and accommodating. Come again. Ps .: The cookies taste all :)
